Meet Our Founder Elle
With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Elle has devoted her career to empowering and uplifting women in the industry, with a particular focus on creating opportunities for Black women to excel. Her mission is rooted in the belief that real estate is a powerful tool for building generational wealth and achieving financial independence.
Driven by a desire to see more women succeed in real estate, Elle launched The Black Girl Real Estate Collective. This community was born out of a vision to provide the mentorship, knowledge, and support she recognized were essential for empowering women to thrive in real estate. Today, the Collective stands as a vibrant network, uniting and equipping women to achieve their fullest potential in the industry.
